1. Who operates this site?
RefundNexa is an independent project presented through PressGrup Digital Platforms. The website provides general informational resources about potential refunds and unclaimed funds.
2. What does the introductory checker collect?
The current Refund Finder asks for broad selections such as region, type of situation and approximate time frame. Its results are calculated inside your browser. The introductory checker is designed not to transmit these selections to RefundNexa’s server or to request names, account credentials, payment cards or identity documents.
3. Technical website data
Like most hosted websites, the hosting provider, WordPress and security systems may process ordinary technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, date and time, requested pages and diagnostic logs. We do not represent that visiting the website leaves no server records.
4. Cookies
WordPress and hosting services may use essential technical cookies, including security and administrator login cookies. We do not currently offer a user account area for the Refund Finder or require a marketing cookie to use its basic features. If additional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this notice will be updated and relevant choices made available where required.
5. External links
When you open an external government or consumer information website, its own privacy practices and policies apply. RefundNexa does not control how those services handle your information.
6. Retention and security
No individual refund application records are intentionally collected by the introductory checker. Operational server logs may be retained according to hosting and security settings. No online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your rights and questions
Applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning personal data processed by the site operator. A dedicated privacy contact and fuller jurisdiction-specific notices will be published before the site accepts individual claims or payments. Until then, please do not submit sensitive personal data through this site.
